The Ashland Area Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA), located at 3232 Old 13th Street, has been serving the Ashland area since 1897.
For over 100 years, the Ashland Area YMCA has been dedicated
to providing the facilities, programs, and leadership that will
emphasize development in the areas of spirit, mind, and body in
a Christian environment that is available for ALL regardless of
race, ethnicity, gender identity, national origin, faith, age,
income levels, sexual orientation, immigration status, or other
protected status.
At the Ashland Area YMCA, it is our goal is to nurture the potential of every child and teen while helping to improve the nation’s health and wellness. We strive to accomplish this primary goal by providing outstanding services and programs in modern facilities that accommodate all of the fitness, wellness, and family needs of our community.
We continue to stand strong on our core values which are HONESTY, RESPECT, CARING, and RESPONSIBILITY, and we share these values with our members through the use of our facilities and participation in our programs. Becoming active in the Ashland Area YMCA will not only strengthen our community and its families, but help create a positive environment for our kids to grow and learn.
