At the
YMCA, we believe exercise and health
education are important for people of all
ages, incomes, and abilities, that's why we
have developed a number of different adult
programs that are designed to fit just about
every-body at the Y.
We have a state of the art
fitness center for strength training and
injury rehabilitation. We have an enclosed
walking track and full adult Gym area. We
have racquetball courts and indoor cycling
classes.
We offer a wide range of
aquatics programs like adult swimming
instruction, water aerobics, and even scuba
diving.
We also have a number of
different group exercise programs like:
Pilates, Zumba, Body Bar, Yoga, Kickboxing,
and step and kick aerobics just to name a
few.
If you are in to the Martial
Arts, we have a number of different programs
available, heck we will even teach how to
clog!!
There are
just so many wonderful things to do here at
the Y. No matter what age, we’ve got
something for you!!
