A reservation contract is required. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. The $25 cleaning deposit is due when you reserve a date and will be mailed back to you if the areas were left clean and ready for the next party.

You are welcome to decorate and bring in your own food. The party room will be available during the activity portion of the party for set-up/decoration. The YMCA will provide tables and chairs. Refrigeration and ice are available.

Ballroom parties are limited to children 7 and under. Swimming parties will be during YMCA regularly scheduled open swim and will include a certified life guard. Proper swim attire is required.
